These numbers are actually very indicative of what Texan's spend. For example, in West Texas, the average is $13,694 dollars. Austin and San Antonio spend just over $27,000. WEDDING CEREMONY Package

Your Wedding Ceremony is the beginning of a new life for you both, the joining of two people to become one. You will want to share this glorious moment with your family and friends. To help you do so, we provide our Wedding Ceremony Production Package. It provides for all of the professional elements that will ensure that everyone has a part in your wedding day.

Our Wedding Ceremony Package comes complete with Music, Microphones, Speakers, and Emcee.

  • First: The Music

    Known as The Prelude, this is thirty minutes of mood setting songs that set the tone for your wedding. Played one-half hour before the listed starting time of your wedding, it includes up to 10 songs that you personally select from our catalog of thousands of wedding favorites (or if you wish, we can select them for you). After the Prelude, the actual Ceremony songs begin. These songs you will select. They include the Family Seating Song for your Grandparents and Parents; the Bridal Party Entrance Song; The Bride's Entrance Walk song; an optional Unity Ceremony Song and finally the Couple’s Recessional Exit Song, played at the moment of the introduction to the guests.

  • Second: The Microphones

    We can provide the Minister with a lapel or headset microphone. Placed about three inches below his or her chin on or underneath the tie or clipped to the shirt or smock. This mic is sensitive enough to pick up their voice and peripherally the responses of the bride and the groom so that everyone in your audience will hear the wedding ceremony prayers, messages, and responses. Additionally, we can provide a second microphone for readers.

  • Third: The Sound Support

    Depending on the size of your wedding ceremony, we will use one or two powered speakers for the playback of all voices and music. All we need is access to a standard 110v outlet either by direct connection or extension cord. For those locations where no electricity is available, we have a battery powered solution. This is a go anywhere system that requires no external power source making this most suitable for anywhere you can imagine having your wedding ceremony.

The CLASSIC Package.

This is our traditional entertainment show which includes the Emcee DJ, sound, colorful dance floor lighting and the clean music that you will want for your celebration. If all you need is a great light show and a professional entertainer who will help guide your event from start to finish, this is the package that you want. The celebration continues for up to 5 hours, no later than 11pm* or until the couple leaves, whichever comes first.

Up Lighting has become the single most popular "must have" add on item at receptions. The Accent UL (Up Lighting) includes everything from The Classic above, plus adds eight (8) Wireless Up Lights in your wedding color. Use these special lights to accent the walls, columns, the cake table, the wedding table and/or entrance. Need more than eight? We can add more up lights @ $50.00 per fixture.

*EXPLANATION FOR OUR FIVE HOUR TIME LIMIT

Typically you have to be out of most venues by midnight. At the latest, our 5-hour limit will take you to 11pm, which then gives your guests time to safely leave the venue area and your team time enough to clean up the venue and pack everything out. It usually takes us about 45 minutes to break our equipment down and load it out. However, if you desire to stay longer and want us to perform over 5 hours, we can negotiate the ending time during our initial consultation.

OPTIONS:

DJ AT THE REHEARSAL: $100.00
Doing the wedding yourself and need some instruction or advice about getting everyone in line then moving out to the wedding site area? Then have us at your Wedding Rehearsal. While we typically do not attend the rehearsal, some couples prefer us to be there so that we are all on the same page for your wedding day. We’ll provide a small portable system to play the songs for your wedding ceremony, along with our advice if warranted from our decades of wedding experience. Limited for up to one hour. (This is not entertainment for your rehearsal dinner).

DJ AT THE REHEARSAL DINNER: $300.00
Following the rehearsal, we will be happy to provide entertainment while your guests eat. Many couples go ahead and do many of the ceremonial activities like the cake ceremony, toasts, and special dances with family. This option would include the wedding rehearsal and follow with two hours of social and dance entertainment.

STAIR CLIMBING ABOVE THE MAIN DANCE FLOOR: $100.00
When venues have lofts or upper-level areas for DJ use and the only way to get there is by climbing stairs, we require an additional roadie to haul our equipment into that area. I have had several knee surgeries, so climbing stairs is not an option for me. Instead, to set up my equipment, I’ll hire an extra roadie to make the several trips up the stairs and then at closing, make several trips down the stairs. The stair step charge compensates him for that extra labor. This must be planned for in advance. If we arrive and there are stairs to a different level to negotiate that we were not made aware of, we will set up only on the main floor.

REMOTE SPEAKERS: $100.00 per Speaker Unit
Duplicate your reception sound from the main room to those additional areas your guests may be during social or dinner service. Each additional speaker unit includes the speaker, power and audio cabling and speaker stand.

OVERTIME: $200.00 per HOUR
Our written contract provides up to five hours of entertainment, but sometimes that may not be enough. If you want us to stay longer than the 5-hour limit, overtime is $200.00 per hour, which may be negotiated during the initial contract agreement or the night of the event, and if on the night of the event, overtime must be paid in cash at the start of each hour. This happens quite often. Your guests (and you) are having such a great time that they want the party to continue! Overtime is optional for the DJ and requires a flexible end time for the venue. Ask your DJ for further details.

OUT OF AREA TRAVEL EXPENSE: $1.00 PER MILE BILLED ONE WAY.
We provide entertainment throughout a large portion of West, North and Central Texas, basically within a 100-mile radius around Abilene, San Angelo, Brownwood, Wichita Falls, Midland-Odessa, Lubbock, Weatherford, Stephenville, and Fort Worth. But if you want us to travel further, we can!
